Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026. This policy explains what information RaidBench processes, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors and customers.
Scope and contact
This policy applies to raidbench.com, its calculators, guide pages, support communications, and any digital checkout displayed on the site.
Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. The legal merchant identity for a paid transaction will also appear at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Information processed
- Basic technical records such as request time, IP address, browser information, requested page, and security events generated by hosting infrastructure.
- Usage events such as page views, calculator interactions, and guide clicks when an analytics service is enabled.
- Messages, email address, and information you choose to provide when contacting support.
- Order reference, product, amount, currency, payment status, delivery status, and refund history when a purchase is made.
RaidBench does not ask visitors to submit passwords, game account credentials, or raw payment card details.
Purposes and legal bases
- Provide calculators, guides, support, purchased content, and transaction records needed to perform a contract.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve useful content based on legitimate operational interests.
- Meet accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
- Use optional analytics or marketing technologies where consent is required and provided.
Analytics and cookies
RaidBench uses a first-party aggregate page-view counter to understand which public guides are useful. It records the UTC date, requested page path, referring hostname, and Cloudflare country code. The RaidBench analytics database does not store IP addresses, cookies, account identifiers, email addresses, or full referring URLs.
The counter respects Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals. Aggregate rows are retained for up to 400 days. Optional third-party analytics may be introduced later only with an updated notice and, where required, consent.
Blocking analytics does not prevent access to public calculators and guides.
Payments and service providers
If checkout is available, the payment provider shown on that checkout processes payment credentials under its own privacy notice. RaidBench receives transaction and status information needed for delivery, support, refunds, fraud checks, and records, but does not store full card numbers.
Limited data may also be processed by providers used for hosting, analytics, email delivery, file delivery, security, and customer support.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, RaidBench relies on the provider's contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for a limited operational and security period. Aggregate page-view rows are retained for up to 400 days. Support records are kept while a request remains active and for a reasonable follow-up period. Order, refund, tax, and dispute records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send requests to [email protected]. Identity verification may be required before account or transaction data is disclosed or changed.
Children
RaidBench is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian can contact support to request review and deletion.
Policy changes
Material updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
